The town center, lakeside, and the wharf are great places to take photos in the sunshine.

Avoid taking the main road and instead take a small path that can be completed in less than an hour. Follow the lakeshore, and you'll reach the town.

Lanzhou Ramen is the best choice, with freshly made noodles that taste better than the local rice dishes. A bowl of ramen costs $22.
Flame Bar & Grill is a popular restaurant with an average cost of $50-60 per person. The food is average, and the most famous grilled ribs are similar to pre-packaged ones. However, the prawns are delicious and highly recommended. The restaurant is usually crowded, so it's best to make a dinner reservation. We had to wait a long time for our ribs, and when they were served, they were warm instead of hot. However, the prawns were quickly served and piping hot. This place is mostly good for taking photos 📷.
Fergburger is a famous restaurant with an average cost of $20-30 per person. The place is usually crowded, and the shop is small, resulting in long queues. The chicken is not good, but the lamb is decent.

🛍Shopping

Queenstown is relatively expensive for shopping, so it's not recommended for buying items. If you must buy souvenirs, go to DF! I went into every gift shop out of boredom and compared the prices. I found that Aotea Gifts is the most expensive. Don't buy souvenirs there. Other gift shops, like Marris Sheep, have moderate prices and are also not recommended.

Sanhe Company has the cheapest woolen sweaters, while DF Company has the cheapest souvenirs (such as fridge magnets, tote bags, etc.).
